Have you ever wished for a close relationship with a magnificent being, all-knowing, kind, and wise? The one who can dispel all your doubts, give you answers to all your questions, show you the new direction in life, and heal your body and soul?
Imagine closing your eyes, going into a deeply relaxed state, connecting to your higher self, asking your question, and receiving a profound insight that makes everything instantly clear.
Do you want to give it a try? It is easier than you think. Especially now, as more and more people gain the ability to channel beings of light, communicate with spirit guides, access their past lives, and energetically heal themselves and others. Those abilities are now permeating our human consciousness filed.
You can connect and receive help from the spirit world, provided you are ready to devote some time and effort to learn the art of spiritual communication.
For me, the door to the “other side” opened when a friend offered to heal my insomnia with hypnosis. As soon as I relaxed and went into a hypnotic trance, I spontaneously found myself in a past life. This session opened for me a portal to the world that changed my life completely.
I made my first steps through this open door during my life between lives hypnosis regression when I was able to access my soul’s memories before this incarnation.
Since that session, I can connect to the “elders,” the higher beings that are guiding my soul and my spirit guides. I can close my eyes, go into a trance instantaneously, ask for advice, help, and direction for myself and others.
When I became a hypnotherapist, I discovered that hypnotic trance is the same state that mediums and clairvoyants go to when they interact with the realm of spirit. If I help you go in a trance, you become your own medium. If you learn self-hypnosis, you can access the spirit realm on by yourself.
Your brain is a receiver. Most of the time, you are receiving data from the Earth-level channel, using your regular five senses. The information comes to you through your rational, logical brain. In hypnosis, this analytical part of your mind relaxes and gives way to the other part of your brain that has access to different, higher vibrational frequencies. You need to use your inner senses to get this information. Those other channels are the ones used by the spirit world.
In hypnosis, you have two streams of consciousness, the regular, the rational one, and the other, the spiritual one. In a way, it is similar to reading a fascinating book. You are present to what is going around you, but not entirely. Your mind is mostly engrossed in what is going on in the book.
If you are a meditator, you will immediately recognize the sensations of peace and calm when you are in a trance.
It is easy to learn to go in a state of hypnosis on your own. A skilled hypnotherapist may create an anchor or a trigger word for you to go into a trance momentarily. And the more you do that, the easier it gets.
With the time, you can even learn to be in an opened-eyed trance, accessing the necessary information with your eyes open.
